Building on the classic style of her sister ship, 2011’s Disney Dream, the Disney Fantasy is the fourth ship in the expanding Disney Cruise Line fleet. It will include many of the innovative features from the Dream including the popular AquaDuck – the world’s first shipboard water coaster.

The Fantasy will have an identity of its own, however, with new design elements and guest experiences. Some of the highlights include Europa – a night-time entertainment district exclusively for guests 18 and older – and a Broadway-style production of Disney’s Aladdin.

The Royal Court restaurant is the highlight of the Fantasy’s dining experiences with the lavish surroundings of an elegant dining room fit for a grand palace. Royal Court takes design inspiration from the classic Disney films Cinderella, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast and Sleeping Beauty so the décor features ornate details and custom furnishings that incorporate iconic symbols from the films such as glass slippers, apples, roses and tiaras.

The Fantasy will sail alternating seven-night cruises from Port Canaveral, Florida to the Eastern and Western Caribbean and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay, with the maiden voyage scheduled for 31 March 2012.
