Q. We’re looking for an all-inclusive cruise holiday suitable for couples. What cruise line would you recommend for the best experience?

A. All cruise lines include accommodation, meals and transport from port to port for the price of a ticket, but some go even further. You can live a Champagne lifestyle on SeaDream Yacht Club’s two boutique ships, where gourmet meals include wine and the bars offer selected alcohol free, with gratuities included.

Upmarket Silversea also includes gratuities, drinks at meals and in the bar, plus complimentary shoreside events on selected voyages. Luxury cruise line Crystal Cruises offers free alcoholic drinks and gratuities, but a cheaper alternative is Thomson’s Island Escape, which has free all-inclusive upgrades on selected holidays. Traditional British cruise line Fred. Olsen also has all-inclusive packages on selected cruises.
