Carnival Cruise LinesCarnival Pride will return to the Port of Tampa in January and February 2017 to operate a series of five- to 14-day voyages.

Carnival’s President, Christine Duffy, said: “Tampa is a popular port for ‘Fun Ship’ cruising and we’re thrilled that Carnival Pride is returning to the port to operate this series of five- to 14-day cruises which feature visits to top destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Central America.”

Departing 15, 22 and 29 January and 19 February 2017, Carnival Pride will operate a series of seven-day cruises from Tampa visiting some of the most popular destinations in the Caribbean, including Cozumel, Mexico; Belize City, Belize; Mahogany Bay, Isla Roatan; and George Town, Grand Cayman.

The 2,124-passenger Carnival Pride has undergone a multi-million-pound renovation that added consumer favourites like Guy’s Burger Joint, the full-service Bonsai Sushi, and BlueIguana Cantina serving authentic Mexican fare, along with innovative drink concepts like the cocktail pharmacy-themed Alchemy Bar, Caribbean-inspired RedFrog Pub, and poolside BlueIguana Tequila Bar and RedFrog Rum Bar.

A massive WaterWorks Aqua Park highlighted by Green Thunder, the fastest and steepest water slide at sea, is being added as well.
