About once every couple of years, Nobu pays a surprise visit to a Crystal ship and comes on board as executive chef, personally preparing dishes, mingling with the ship’s lucky guests and posing for pictures. Nobu personally trains all chefs in his speciality restaurants, designs all menus and schedules face-to-face ship visits every year in order to ensure that his food continues to impress.
