Celebrity chef Eric Lanlard has gone behind the scenes on board P&O‘s new ship Britannia.

After flying to Venice, Lanlard made his way down to the Trieste shipyard, one of the biggest in Europe, where the ship is currently being built.

Together with Saturday Kitchen‘s James Martin, Lanlard visited the ship and had a sneak-peak at James’ cooking school The Cooking Club which will offer passengers incredible views when Britannia is launched in 2015.
