A light show on the Finnkirka Sea Cliffs in Norway has been added to Hurtigruten’s winter Northern Lights cruises.
Guests witness the spectacular show from the ship as it enters Kjollerfjord in Northern Norway.
The Finnkirka Sea Cliffs, amongst the most beautiful in the world, are also known as the ‘Finnish Church cliffs’. They are cathedral-like in appearance and were once a place of worship for the local Sami people.
It will be the first time the cliffs are used for public entertainment in the winter season.
The voyage, costing from £1105 per person, is available in January and February 2011. It leaves from Bergen in South Norway and cruises to Kirkenes in the North.
