Celestyal Cruises has announced Majesty will conclude its charter with Thomson Cruises, now rebranded to Marella Cruises, and will sail Iconic Aegean itineraries in spring 2018.

“Celestyal Majesty is ready to take our passengers to the heart of the Aegean after having delighted Thomson passengers for years,” said Celestyal Cruises CEO Kerry Anastassiadis.

“At 207 meters long and with just over 700 cabins spread over six decks, she’s perfect for the small, sparkling Aegean harbours at which we call.

“Her size makes it possible for her crew to provide each of our passengers with the personalized service that makes Celestyal Cruises journeys authentic and unforgettable.”

Celestyal Majesty will sail approximately one month of three- and four-day Iconic Aegean cruises, from 30 March 2018 until 27 April 2018, when it embarks on its final Iconic Aegean cruise of the season.

The ship’s amenities include a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a fitness centre with a sauna, a fully-appointed spa and salon, a casino and duty-free shopping.

Restaurants include two impeccable full-service dining rooms, each the perfect spot for authentic Greek meals – and two casual restaurants for buffet breakfasts and lunches. Celestyal Majesty is also home to four bars, where Celestyal Cruises passengers can enjoy entertainment and signature cocktails, and The Coffee Bar, the perfect spot to try a Greek coffee with a view of the Aegean.

Celestyal Cruises has also announced it will extend its 2018 cruise season with two extra three-Day Iconic Aegean cruises, departing 2 November and 9 November, and with two extra four-Day Iconic Aegean cruises, departing 29 October and 5 November.

“This itinerary extension is part of our strategy to further develop and expand our activities in Greece beyond the summer season and a response to growing demand for our Aegean cruises,” added Anastassiadis.

“We invite new and returning cruisers to experience yet another exquisite side of this magical place.”
