Guests have a choice of three travel packages, which depart in November and December.
Saga is also offering passengers the option to either sail from Southampton and fly back, or fly out and sail back to Southampton.
The move comes in a bid to offer travellers more flexibility with their plans.
The first cruise departs on 8 November, sailing from Southampton on a 14-night journey, stopping at Santa Cruz in Tenerife before sailing to Tobago.
Another itinerary flies out to Tobago from London Gatwick on 18 November, with guests enjoying 19 nights soaking up the Caribbean atmosphere, before flying home from Antigua.
On the third cruise, travellers fly out to Antigua on 3 December for a 17-night break that takes in Barbados and Madeira, before sailing back home to Southampton.
