Scenic Eclipse reveals six new ultra-luxury Arctic voyages for 2023/24 including the Scottish Isles

In its largest ever Arctic & Fjords collection, Scenic Eclipse has revealed six new ultra-luxury expedition voyages for 2023/24 – including expeditions to the Scottish Isles for the first time.
Scenic Eclipse and Scenic Eclipse II, which is set to launch in 2023, will introduce almost 40 new landings throughout the Arctic region, visiting Scotland and the Canadian Arctic – giving guests the chance to discover new horizons and venture further than ever before in ultra-luxury style.
Guests booking an Arctic & Fjords voyage departing in 2023 and 2024 will save up to 20% when paying in full 12 months prior to departure.
In a new era in expedition cruising, where polar bears roam and stunning snowscapes have yet to feel a footprint, Scenic Eclipse is taking guests even deeper into the pristine and unique wonders of the Arctic and Fjords to discover valiant Viking roots and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Explore new depths in the Scottish Isles
Wild and extraordinarily beautiful, the coastline of Scotland is a sight to behold. Fiercely proud of its history and culture, astounding and dramatic natural beauty, Scotland and the many islands that dot its coastline offer up a wealth of incredible experiences.
From wildlife to Celtic and Viking sites, Scenic Eclipse will make its first foray into Scotland during the 2023/24 Arctic season with the 10-day Scottish Isles: Historic Trails & Wilderness voyage that visits Aberdeen, the Isle of Skye, Fort William, St Kilda, Oban and Portrush.
Prices start from £6,910 per person departing 6th June 2024.
Alternatively, explore the strongholds of the Vikings, from the volcanoes of Iceland to the wild isles of Scotland. Visit wildlife sites for puffin and dolphin spotting, hear grand tales of discovery, marvel at the extraordinary landscapes and cruise into small Scottish towns for unique experiences with welcoming locals. Finish the evening with an exclusive dining experience to explore the exquisite cuisine of Oslo’s Opera House.
Prices for Scenic Eclipse’s 10-day Northern Isles: Iceland & Scotland voyage, which sails from from Reykjavik and visits, Heimaey in the Westman Islands, Seyðisfjörður, the Faroe Islands, The Shetland Islands, The Orkney Islands and Aberdeen start from £7,075 per person departing 4th September 2023.
New Greenland itineraries
From floating giants of ice in Ilulissat, to one of the northernmost towns of the world and the soaring cliffs of Kangiqtualuk Uqquqti, explore the diverse beauty of Western Greenland and Baffin Island on the 15-day Uncover Greenland and Canada cruise. Explore the world’s largest fjord system, hike around geologic wonders and kayak among icebergs in mirror-smooth bays on the 11-day Eastern Greenland & Iceland Expedition voyage.
Also new in the 2023/24 season, cruise into Disko Bay and listen to the rumbling sounds of icebergs calving from the Sermeq Kujalleq Glacier in the Canadian Arctic, and kayak the icy waters surrounded by rugged, pristine landscapes, on the 19-day Expedition into Greenland & the high Canadian Arctic.
