Scenic has announced new destinations and itineraries on board its expanded fleet of Discovery Yachts for the 2023/24 sailing season, featuring more than 50 countries – making it Scenic’s largest-ever collection.
Ultra-luxury, all-inclusive cruise line Scenic has unveiled its 2023/24 sailing collection today on board its Discovery Yachts – with the introduction of Scenic Eclipse II.
The new season features more than 50 countries across all seven continents, marking Scenic’s largest-ever collection of luxury ocean voyages, with new destinations including Indonesia, Polynesia, the Pacific Islands, Australia, the Caribbean and Scotland.
Scenic Eclipse II is set to be identical in design to its sister ship Scenic Eclipse with all the same innovative features – from a luxury spa to a a helicopter – and will join the fleet in early 2023. Guests joining the new discovery yacht will also be able to experience the new on-board submarine, custom-built for optimal sightseeing excursions with large ultra-clear acrylic spheres designed for optimum underwater viewing.
For the first time, both Scenic Eclipse Discovery Yachts will provide guests with the chance to sail to all four corners of the globe, as well as every continent, in addition to a number of new itineraries in the Arctic, Mediterranean, the Americas and Antarctica.
Scenic Group chief operating officer, Rob Voss, said: “This is a milestone moment for our brand and for all of those who have been working intensely behind the scenes to bring it to fruition.
“Taking on board our invaluable guest feedback, we strive to offer the best, most desirable bucket-list experiences possible, and our new 2023/24 announcement demonstrates our sincere intent in this continued ambition.
“The Antarctic is an incredible and timeless destination, and we are enormously proud to be one of the first luxury operators to return here. By 2023, Scenic Eclipse II will join Scenic Eclipse in the region – doubling capacity for even more guests to enjoy the leading itineraries and luxury experiences that we provide.”
The design of Scenic’s fleet of Discovery Yachts allows for unparalleled access to some of the world’s most remote regions. With just 228 guests (200 guests in polar regions) and a 1:1 staff-to-guest ratio and butler service, Scenic pride themselves on a high level of personalised service for each guest.
