New cruise holidays to Arabia, India, Asia, South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand are on the agenda for luxury ships Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Odyssey

Seabourn has released a new programme of sailings for 2023-24, taking in a host of far-flung destinations by ship.

Highlights include Aqaba in Jordan for excursions to the famous tombs and Treasury of Petra; an overnight stay on New Year’s Eve in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and a South Pacific sailing taking in Bora Bora, Tahiti, the Cook Islands, Tonga and Hawaii.

“The region stretching from Arabia and India to Australia and New Zealand is a wonder filled with beautiful natural beauty and ancient cultures, and we are thrilled to take our guests to these exotic destinations,” said Seabourn president Josh Leibowitz.

“These voyages will offer guests the opportunity to explore beautiful places and cultures and experience special ‘Seabourn Moments’ that will make their journeys powerful and restorative.”

Seabourn Encore will be based in Arabia and southeast Asia from November 2023 to April 2024. Cruises include an 18-day journey from Athens to Dubai and a 16-day trip from Dubai to Singapore, followed by the reverse voyages in spring 2024, taking in Sri Lanka, Oman, Egypt and Israel.

Sailings in Asia include round-trip voyages from Singapore, visiting Hong Kong, Vietnam and Thailand.

Seabourn Odyssey will be traversing the Pacific Ocean starting in October 2023, sailing from Los Angeles to New Zealand via Hawaii, a two-day stay in the Cook Islands of Aitutaki and Rarotonga, and a host of other South Pacific islands.

It will also sail between Auckland and Sydney, Australia, on 15-day journeys visiting Christchurch, Milford Sound and Melbourne between November 2023 and February 2024.
