Ambassador offers solo saving

British cruise brand Ambassador Cruise Line is offering solo travellers money off their next cruise as it marks International Singles’ Day
Ambassador Cruise Line has unveiled a new discount aimed at solo travellers, offering 11% off all cruises for guests staying in single cabins.
The promotion launched on November 11 and runs for 11 days, ending on Monday, November 21, 2022.
There are 89 dedicated solo cabins on the line’s first ship, Ambience, while second ship Ambition, which is due to launch in May 2023, will have a further 78 rooms for single travellers.
Ambassador Cruise Line is aimed at a 50-plus market, offering traditional cruises sailing from UK ports including its base of London Tilbury and, from 2023, from regional ports including Newcastle, Dundee, Liverpool, Belfast, Bristol and Falmouth.
The offer is aimed at encouraging solo travellers to try a cruise holiday, often regarded as a popular choice for singles thanks to the number of activities on board and the sociable nature of cruising.
Guests can book using the code SOLO11 to access the discount, which applies to standard, late saver and Ambassador fares.
This includes a saving of £233 on the line’s Round Britain Royal Themed Cruise, departing on June 1, 2023, with solo fares now starting from £1,886 per person. The cruise sails from London Tilbury, visiting St Peter Port in Guernsey, Tobermory in Mull, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney and Le Havre in northern France.
