10 Regent Seven Seas
Regent is all-inclusive; the main dining room, Compass Rose serves up European-inspired continental cuisine like roast prime rib of Black Angus beef with Bordelaise sauce. The glamorous Prime 7 steakhouse is decorated with leather wing-back chairs and burnished woods (reservations required). All the traditional starters are here, including jumbo Maryland lump crab cakes and Oysters Rockefeller. Beef is USDA prime and dry-aged for at least 28 days to ensure tenderness, juiciness and flavour. For a touch of French class head to Signature on board Seven Seas Voyager and Mariner for classics like magret duck fillet with raspberry vinaigrette.
