7 SeaDream Yacht Club
SeaDream’s Signature Champagne and Caviar Splash, where you can relax on floats in the water with flute and nibbles in hand, epitomises their luxury dining experience – you even get showered in Champagne. It’s followed by a decadent gourmet beach barbecue served on bone china. There’s a “raw food” or “living food” menu prepared using raw, organic and vegan ingredients, with selections including Blood Apple Blaster: a blend of apple, ginger, red beet, lime juice and agave, and a vegetable lasagne with coconut meat layered between a spicy cauliflower mash topped with a sun-dried tomato marinara.
To mark SeaDream’s upcoming season in Asia, a new selection of Asian dishes have been encorporated into the daily meals on board, with specialities like nasi goreng, aloo tiki and Malaysian lobster ragout. And for a more intimate experience they put on a traditional Japanese dinner for 28 guests.
