P&O has cornered the market in big name celeb chefs at sea, most notably Marco Pierre White, who has influenced menus across the fleet, including cuisine in The White Room. Atul Kochar, the first Indian chef to be awarded a Michelin star, is the culinary tour de force behind Sindhu, where you can find Indian cuisine with a subtle British twist. Writer, TV presenter and specialist sommelier, Olly Smith, does tastings and pairings in the The Glass House on Azura. Master Pâtissier Eric Lanlard is also a regular on board, as is Atul and, of course, Marco himself.
