Voyages to Antiquity offers private viewing of St. Mark’s Basilica

Voyages to Antiquity is offering the chance to enjoy a private tour St. Mark’s Basilica, the cathedral of Venice, as part of its 16-day Grand Tour cruise, with prices from £2,795pp if you book by 31 October 2015.
The private viewing is just one of 11 included tours guests can enjoy, along with talks from two guest speakers: Ernest Rea, celebrated broadcaster, specialising in the history of religions and the way that faith impacts on the contemporary world; and Gaynor Vaughan-Jones, previous BBC Radio 4 presenter, will run a book club for those wishing to learn about the sites visited.
The 16 day The Grand Tour begins in Venice (Italy) for a two-night hotel stay on 18 May 2016, before departing on board the Aegean Odyssey and calls Ancona (Italy), Split (Croatia), Dubrovnik (Croatia), Kotor Bay (Montenegro), Corfu (Greece), Taormina (Sicily), Sorrento (Italy), Civitavecchia (Italy), Livorno (Italy) and Marseilles (France) before arriving in Nice (France) for a night’s stay onboard before the flight home to the UK.
Prices start from £2,795pp, based on two people sharing a standard inside cabin and include return flights, transfers and 11 shore excursions incorporated into the itinerary.
An additional tour to Venice’s Aristocratic Villas is available for $95pp.
